Healthy substitute to pasta- low in fat and calories!

Ingredients:
- 1 Spaghetti Squash, halved and seeded
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil (1tbsp on each half)
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- Can of Pasta sauce (optional)
- Parmesan Cheese (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Cut the squash in half lengthwise from stem to tail
- Scrape out the seeds
- Coat the inside of the squash with olive oil
- Place the squash, cut-side down on a baking sheet
- Bake the squash for about 30 minutes
- Let squash cool for about 5-10 minutes
- Scrape the flesh with a fork to create long strands
- Flavor with pasta sauce, pinch of salt and pepper, and sprinkle of parmesan cheese if desired
*For easier slicing, microwave the squash for 3-4 minutes.
