- 1 Dragon Fruit, cubed
- 1/4 cup Coconut water
- 1 Banana, sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped Mango
- 1 Kiwi, peeled and sliced
- Handful of Blueberries and Raspberries
- 1/3 cup Pomegranate Seeds
- 2 teaspoons Chia Seeds (optional)
- Puree the dragon fruit, coconut water, banana, mango, kiwi, pomegranate seeds in a blender until smooth.
- Top with blueberries, raspberries and chia seeds.
- Feel free to add granola, almonds, toasted coconut flakes or any fresh fruit!
